Fees:

  • $500 per event if registered until 2 weeks prior.
    Afterwards, the price increases to $575 CDN per event including 1 Guest per driver - rain or shine
    Any additional guests $50 per person
  • Your registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment and is non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • We will cap each event @ 35 participants.
  • All registrations must be submitted by 24 hours pre-event in order to be considered.
  • Included with your registration is a continental breakfast, 4 course gourmet Italian lunch, and always an end of day "Track Wrap Treat".

We are a non-profit club, therefore any and all surplus funds over and above the total costs at the end of the season will be donated to a charity or a group of charities that are close to the participants' hearts.
